Whether its coins you inherited, found in that old couch you finally got rid of, a piggy bank older than father time or an ancient dime you got as change did you know that it could be worth a whole lot more than its face value. At a minimum currently a 1964 or older dime, quarter, half dollar or silver dollar is worth 15x what it says the face value is. That means a dime is worth $1.50 and that the minimum some coins can be worth millions. You can tell silver by looking at the edge if you see copper its not worth any more than whats printed on it.
How do I find out how much mine is worth?
1. Purchase a Redbook from Calaveras Coin & Pawn - The bible of coins and it will tell relative values and why (like low mintage coins).
2. If you believe your coin to be rare or if its silver or gold of course bring it down to Calaveras Coin & Pawn.
